How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-7 days.

Do you offer product tracking? 

Yes, most of the time we do. But in some cases it may be unavailable. If this is the case, just drop us a message and we will keep you up to date as best as we can!

Will my order be shipped in one package? 

In some cases, different parts of your order may be shipped from different warehouses around the USA. This would mean your order will arrive separately, but it can all be tracked.

Can I swap my strap for a different style?

As for now, we are unable to offer this service. So please make sure that you choose the right size, if you are unsure please do not hesitate to reach out we will be more than happy to help you. 

What is my Case size? 

This is simple! Just look at the back of your Apple watch and you will see your case size.

What payments types do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Paypal's protection offers peach of mind.

When will you ship my product?

We fulfil orders as and when they come in. It may take a couple of days to show as shipped, so don't worry!
